The team was seeking to modernize their financial processes and migrate from their legacy Great Plains accounting system. The organization needed to address 14 unique revenue streams, from tickets, to mascot appearances, and even literature. In addition to the sports and entertainment business, there was also a charitable foundation and private airline to consider.
The Solution

Although NetSuite was the source of truth for all financial data, there were numerous other systems that required integration to create a seamless flow of information. Appficiency listened to client requirements and deployed solutions to connect bill pay approval and integrated bank auto payments because we understand the value of third-party systems and include them as integral partners in our pursuit of excellence. We also deployed a few customizations to alleviate unnecessary manual transactions.
