Time entry was automated based on the employee’s role, ensuring accurate labor tracking without manual input. Supervisors were given enhanced permissions to adjust their team’s time, service items, and equipment logs, streamlining end-of-day reporting. A custom Driver Graph upload feature allowed technicians to submit technical sketches and field drawings directly into NetSuite, helping preserve job documentation in one place.
