Progress Luv2Pak is a Canadian packaging company known worldwide for its innovative stock and custom packaging solutions. With over 60 employees and a catalog of thousands of SKUs, the company supplies retail, corporate, and promotional clients with packaging programs that balance design, functionality, and global reach.

In 2024, Luv2Pak launched its sister company, Gather Packaging, to bring manufacturing in-house. From its Toronto facility, Gather produces custom packaging boxes for Luv2Pak as well as external customers. Together, both businesses required a modern ERP system capable of unifying distribution and manufacturing while providing the flexibility to scale.

For more than four decades, Luv2Pak relied on a heavily customized legacy ERP to run its packaging distribution business. Reporting was still done in Excel, warehouse tracking was limited, and integrations with platforms like Shopify and Salesforce were inconsistent and inefficient.
