Your Journey From Co-op To Career At Appficiency

  1. Join as a Co-op
: You’re welcomed as a real part of the team. You’ll work on meaningful projects, get mentorship, and gain hands-on experience from day one.
  2. Learn, Contribute, Grow:
 You’ll attend team standups, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and start making an impact. Feedback, check-ins, and support are built-in.
  3. Stand Out:
 As you progress, the quality of your work becomes evident. Many of our co-ops take ownership of tasks and drive key results. We notice it, and we celebrate it.
  4. Get Invited to Return: When your term ends, you may be offered the chance to return, either for another term or as a full-time hire. In fact, over the past five years, 19 co-ops have joined Appficiency full-time.
  5. Launch Your Career:
 Your co-op experience sets the foundation. Now you’re starting full-time and growing with a team that already knows your potential. The journey’s just getting started.
